Biography

Van Do is a seasoned lawyer at A&D Law Firm who has been involved since its inception with experience in corporate, commercial matters, inward investment, M&A transactions, and dispute resolution. Before joining A&D, Van worked as an in-house counsel for eight years in the big retailers in the fields of goods trading, pregnant & baby products, and pharmacy. Van has successfully advised on numerous M&A transactions, restructuring deals as well as providing effective guidance on daily business operations.
