Biography

Nguyen Tran Quoc Toan is a Paralegal at A&D Law Firm. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, with 3 years of human resources experience (recruitment, social insurance, labour relations) and more than 1 year in corporate legal work.

Before joining A&D, Toan was an HR Executive at Toshiba Regza Vietnam (Hisense Group), managing employment contracts for around 500 workers, social insurance, labour-supply vendors, labour-law advice and the handling of disciplinary labour-relations matters; and a Legal Officer at ECOSOLE JSC, drafting contracts and contract templates, assessing the feasibility of contracts/projects, building internal rules and regulations, handling trademark filings and supporting business registration.
