Tran Xuan Phu

Biography

Mr. Tran Xuan Phu, has become a member of A&D Law Firms since October 2023, currently based at the Ho Chi Minh City office.

Prior to joining A&D Law Firm, Mr. Phu worked for other law firms, particularly in key areas such as company establishment, purchase and sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as various investment, trade, and diverse corporate matters for many years.

With his extensive legal practice experience, Phu has gained valuable expertise in the capital market and M&A field. Phu has provided counsel to numerous multinational corporations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam, across various sectors commonly encountered in the retail and FMCG industry, especially within the supply chain distribution.
