Tran Thi Ngoc works at the Ho Chi Minh City office of A&D Law Company. Ms. Ngoc has more than 6 years of experience in internal corporate legal affairs, including legal consulting, handling corporate procedures, as well as drafting/reviewing/negotiating contracts and internal documents for companies in various fields, such as real estate companies and those engaged in the production, distribution, and retail of pharmaceuticals.

Furthermore, Ms. Ngoc also has significant experience in intellectual property rights, fire prevention and firefighting, consulting on dispute resolution and complaint handling, and working with relevant government authorities.
