Biography

Before officially joining and developing in A&D as one of the pioneering associates at its incorporation time, Ms. Nguyen had approximately 04 years working with well-known and leading CVS and pharmacy chains in Vietnam. Nguyen has been handling matters involving M&A, corporate restructuring and commercial issues. She has been exposed to cross-border M&A transactions, offshore lending and share transfers. She also advises on matter pertaining to company operations in retails and investment in Vietnam. She obtained a Master of Laws (LLM), majoring in International Commercial Law in the United Kingdom in 2019.
