Biography
With a solid foundation in law, compliance and corporate governance, Daniel is organised, detail-oriented, proactive and highly responsible. He excels at strategy, prioritisation and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure. He is equally skilled in building, leading and connecting teams to achieve objectives efficiently and on time.
Nguyen Duc Anh (Daniel) is a qualified lawyer of the Hanoi Bar Association. He has recently been nominated as one of Vietnam's leading General Counsels by The Legal 500 (Legalease).
Prior to founding A&D, Daniel served as Head of Legal for several organisations and as a consultant lawyer at various domestic and international law firms.

- Advised company in negotiating a Hotel Management Agreement with Fusion for Fusion Resort Bai Dai, a 5-star resort in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa
- Advised company on investments in new real estate projects via tender and auction (dozens of projects across multiple provinces totalling thousands of hectares)
- Advised company in negotiating EPC Contracts with Coteccons, Hoa Binh Group and Delta for real estate projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
