Nguyen Thi My Linh

Nguyen Thi My Linh is a junior associate at A&D Law Firm Limited. Linh’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate and investment matters in Vietnam. 

In addition, Linh also possesses experience in advising companies on Vietnamese trade regulations and laws pertaining to contracts, and other trade-related issues in the retail industries, as well as advising foreign and Vietnamese investors on the purchase and sale of shares in unlisted companies.
