Does A&D provide regular Legal Consulting services?

A&D not only assists Clients in addressing legal issues they are facing but also provides regular legal consultancy to individuals, families and businesses for the protection of rights.

The distinct feature of regular legal consulting services is legal advice to control the legal risks that may arise in the operation process of the enterprise, as well as estimating and recommending risks and losses that customers may encounter based on the information provided by Clients.

Does A&D charge a service fee for initial legal consultation?

We usually do not charge customers a service fee during the first meeting when the parties can introduce information about each other, present situations and events related to legal issues that customers need advice on. or provide basic legal advice on a legal matter. The problem is within the scope of basic professional knowledge and does not require looking up legal documents.

However, if Clients need more detailed advice after the initial consultation, they may have to pay a service fee as agreed by both parties.

Does A&D keep the Client’s personal information, case records and documents confidential?

According to the provisions of the Law on Lawyers, we are required to keep confidential the information provided by Clients (except in some cases required by competent state agencies). We, the lawyers and support staff at A&D, always strictly comply with these rules and are willing to sign the Non-disclosure Agreements with Clients.

Which channels can Clients engage with A&D? Does A&D offer any online communication platforms?

Communication is made more convenient by the many online communication channels that are popular on social networking platforms, such as Zalo, Messenger, Whatsapp, Skype, and Viber. However, due to the inherent privacy and security concerns associated with exchanges between lawyers and clients, we restrict the use of these online communication channels to mitigate the risk of information leakage, except in urgent cases and with mutual consent from all parties involved. Therefore, A&D employs these communication channels solely for internal exchanges.

What should the Client prepare before the first meeting with A&D’s lawyer?

The main purpose of the first meeting is for the parties to introduce information about each other, present the situation and the events related to the legal issues that the Client needs consultation. Therefore, the Client needs to bring identification documents (ID card or passport) or company-related documents (establishment license, enterprise registration certificate, etc.) and basic information and documents relevant to the legal issue that the Client seeks consultation.
